The national and the county governments in Kenya should continue focusing on the

implementation of sound economic policies and transformation programs in the international trading systems as well as strengthening their institutions. Global Partnerships Organization (GPO) will therefore support the national and the county governments in conceptualizing and adopting policies and strategies that will facilitate and encourage local investment and MSMES development and enable more active participation in the international trading system.
